I began training with Troy Delaney back in December of 2017 as a last ditch effort to avoid several long-term injuries that I believed could only be corrected with a surgical intervention. Taneen became a dedicated member of the fitness community in Jacksonville, FL and after years of working out, she became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. She combined all her experience, knowledge, love of fitness and living healthy to develop Fitly Fitness, unique, fun, and energizing fitness and nutrition program for women that incorporates health and lifestyle coaching. Taneen has worked with children and their families as a school counselor at both the elementary and middle school levels. She has always taken a holistic approach when working with her students, looking at nutrition, health, family, community, and academics. Her goal is to always educate and empower parents and their children with the tools necessary to flourish.
